Designed by Innovate Living, the place, which stands out for its lighting by Nadine Baalbaki in collaboration with Lumiere Group UAE, is a place like no other. A guided tour of this design retreat reveals sumptuous living spaces worthy of a prince’s life.
Set course for Dubai. Located on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah, one of the UAE’s most famous tourist attractions, this 14-suite residential project by Innovate Living exemplifies the spirit of modern architecture. Capturing the essence of beachfront living with state-of-the-art facilities and opulent spaces designed by renowned figures in the design scene, it reinvents luxury living in its own way. The lucky residents, curled up in their lavish, ultra-chic accommodations, can take it easy while enjoying the best in comfort and luxury at every level, with everything from concierge services to restaurant, flight and chauffeur reservations, and laundry services 24/7. Its monster asset? Natural and artificial light. The latter was cleverly created by Nadine Baalbaki who knew how to shape it with finesse and optimize it with subtlety, playing with niches and nooks and crannies by using the brands Viabizzuno, Delta Light and QBO from Lumiere Group UAE. The building’s contemporary interiors are spacious and open-plan, and its interior and exterior are enhanced by carefully designed lighting, ranging from integrated linear luminaires to highlight the light, through tubes and recessed spotlights to adjustable lamps. It also features a luxury spa, beauty salon, cigar lounge, sauna, steam room, gym with personal trainer and a stunning outdoor infinity pool. What a great way to get a good look at yourself!
