A Mediterranean gem in Cyprus

On the coast where the breeze caresses the sky of Limassol, Cyprus, stands a sumptuously elegant apartment. Designed by the Bolshakova Interiors agency, this luxurious 127 m² three-room apartment is nestled in The One, Europe’s tallest seafront tower, the work of renowned architect Hakim Khennouchi of WKK Architects.

The endless blue of the sea and the gentle caress of the warm sunlight inspired the Bolshakova Interiors team to conceptualize this luxurious three-bedroom apartment. Situated in a prime location along the seafront promenade of Limassol, Cyprus, this exquisite residence finds its home in Europe’s tallest seafront tower. Mediterranean and modern, it is characterized by dominant shades of beige – pearl, cream, cotton and shell. Dictated by the beauty of the island of Cyprus, it rubs shoulders with rocky cliffs, tree-covered mountains and pebble beaches. Moreover, the biggest challenge encountered in building this project is the modification of the spatial layout. Therefore, Nataly Bolshakova, founder and director of the Bolshakova Interiors office, proposed the addition of a separate laundry room and dressing room. The kitchen has also been redesigned: a central island is brought closer to the vast terrace, thus giving the house a harmonious space combining functionality and aesthetics. The combination of marble and glossy surfaces reflects the natural environment of Limassol. Besides, the designers reconsidered the design by modifying certain elements of furniture, because previously, furnishings were designed from standard pieces. Very personalized, the color mood of the selected themes creates a sophisticated spirit of relaxation for lounging in a setting that is both attractive and comfortable.
