Architect Reza Mohtashami, based in Mashhad, designed “Black Villa” a contemporary detached house to be built in Harriman State Park, New York, with the collaboration of his design team Reyhaneh Daneshmandi and Elham Daneshmandi. The 3D renderings are breathtaking.

This family home is expected to be built on an area of ​​400 m² with a site area of ​​9,600 m², at Harriman State Park, the second largest state park in New York State in Rockland and Orange counties, 30 miles north of New York which is a walker’s paradise with over 200 miles of hiking trails. The Black Villa offers stunning interior layouts among various features, including a large living room with an open glass ceiling with amazing extraordinary light from the sky that takes up most of the living room.
