A resolutely contemporary bias reigns over this chalet located in Chamonix, France. Designed by the Chevallier Architects agency, the building focuses on modernity and favors transparency, to take advantage of both the light and the wonderful view of the peaks. A successful coalition between authenticity and design.

Located in Chamonix, in the heart of an important plant environment, on the edge of protected natural areas, this chalet is second to none for savoring the delights of an ultrachic winter, with a breathtaking view of the Verte and the Drus. Wrapped up in its blanket of snow, the luxury cottage, entrusted to the care of the Chevallier Architects agency, is the perfect place to recharge the batteries and take a deep breath of fresh air, while taking advantage of the idyllic setting offered by the Mont-Blanc. Brilliantly combining tradition and modernity, this cocoon displays a rare cohesion between its envelope and what it contains. Overcoming many constraints related to the site, especially in terms of the orientation and location of the structure, its designers have strived to optimize spaces, guarantee a wonderful view of the surroundings and play the design card. For this, they mixed transparency, mineral colors, stone and recycled wood. In doing so, particular care is given to the choice of materials, furniture and colorimetry, in order to ensure uniformity of tones. The result is most successful: chic and sober, the interior has everything to be appreciated after a long day on the ski slopes.
